AN IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE in education and conservation

At RAREC, you’ll contribute to the development of educational projects for children, young people, and local communities.

You’ll help organize and lead activities focused on the environment, biodiversity, sustainable development, English, and digital skills.

Working alongside the education team, you’ll discover how education can become a powerful conservation tool to help protect Amazonian wildlife and ecosystems in the long term.

A comprehensive experience

The internship mainly consists of:

80% Education & Community Development
Leading English and environmental education classes, creative workshops, activities with local schools, and awareness initiatives focused on protecting the Amazon.

10% Support for educational spaces
Preparing materials, maintaining classrooms, providing logistical support, and improving educational resources.

10% Introduction to conservation
Taking part in talks and educational visits, discovering Amazonian biodiversity, nature walks, and gaining insight into the centre’s conservation projects.

This adds significant value to the overall experience.
