Once approved, the partner organization will review your profile and confirm your participation.
Are there any registration fees for volunteers?
Registration on Vaya Planet is free, but all our missions are paid. Some missions may involve management fees or additional costs to cover expenses such as accommodation or food. This information is always clearly specified on the page of each mission to ensure transparency.
Are the volunteer missions paid?
Most of the missions offered are paid. However, some missions may offer allowances or assistance to cover accommodation, meals, or transportation expenses. Please check the details on the mission page or in the 'Opportunities' section.
Is accommodation and food provided during the mission?

Can I cancel my participation in a mission?
After your application has been accepted for a mission, you have a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the confirmation of your registration. During this period, you can cancel your participation.
If you cancel after this 14-day period, the cancellation conditions depend on the partner organization's policies. We encourage you to review the specific conditions of the organization on the mission page.

What should I do if I encounter a problem during my mission?
