Right of withdrawal and refund policy

At Vaya Planet, we believe in transparency and the satisfaction of our users.

We act as a platform connecting volunteers with partner organizations. Payments for the missions are directly made to the respective organizations. As a result, refund policies vary depending on the policies of each partner organization.

1. Right of Withdrawal:

You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the confirmation of your mission. During this period, you can cancel your registration. The refund will be processed according to the specific conditions of the partner organization with which you have been connected.

2. Cancellation by the Volunteer:

In case of cancellation after the withdrawal period, the refund conditions must be discussed directly with the partner organization. Some organizations may offer a partial refund, while others may refuse any compensation once the mission has started or even been confirmed.

3. Cancellation by the Organization:

If a mission is canceled by the partner organization before it starts, a full refund will be issued. We commit to informing you as soon as possible and offering an alternative mission if possible.

4. Refund Process:

Refunds will be made based on the conditions set by the partner organization. Vaya Planet does not directly manage payments, and we encourage you to review the specific conditions of each mission on the organization's page. We remain available to assist you if you have any questions regarding the refund.

Each mission has its own cancellation and refund conditions, which are determined by the partner organization. Vaya Planet acts as a facilitator in the process but does not control or accept payments for the missions, so refunds are governed by the rules specific to each organization.

2. Vaya Planet Assistance:

If you have any questions regarding refund conditions or if you have encountered a problem with an organization, we are available to help you contact the concerned organization or clarify the process.
